Volume bonus — paid leads earn free leads

We never sell a lead at a tier above what the data supports. Denver's ArcGIS open data has current-year assessments + 4-year ownership history (sales-and-transfers) — strong enough for Standard tier, not Premium.

If we miss on data quality, we swap the lead from reserve. Premium & Standard: 60-day window. Economy: 30-day window. Up to 25% of any paid batch can be swapped. Replacement only — we don't refund. Bonus leads are as-is.
